Make you pay for nasty water, park overrun by ferral cats and skunks and raccoons. Rent has gone up almost $100 in 4 years. My neighbors have the same complaints.

The park was unsafe. There are over 9 registered sex offenders. The gangs of unruly kids are allowed to bully your children. Favoritism is shown to those residents in crappy houses because the park does not want to have to buy back those homes. Management has no incentive to listen to people in the nicer homes. Instead they try and low ball down and buy those homes back and neglect enforcing the rules that would cause them to stay. I had to literally move my home out of the park and continue paying 7 months of rent just to get my daughter away from the horrible environment.
I live in here and I must say that they could put better use (mainly cleaning out drinking water). We as residents should NOT have to flush our hot water heaters every other week because if we don't it would fill up with all the nasty rust and iron that we get to drink!
I've only lived here for 3 months, so far so good. I assume most of the bad reviews were from troublesome tenants. Its just like any other neighborhood. Keep to yourself and be a good neighbor, that's all it takes...
