Horrible place!!!! Anu was helpful until there was work that needed to be done to get me approved then ignored all my calls.

Great place to live Kim so nice when something go wrong she get fix right away and people in office are so nice too but my neightbers are always but put noise in my bussiness
I can not wait to move out of here. Whoever maintenance is, she knocked on my door rudely extremely early and because I was still sleeping started screaming into my window to wake me up because my kids had toys in the yard. They're also forcing a 90 day inspection, which was never mentioned in my lease or when i was signing, so they told me if i don't comply they are going to force entry and do it themselves anyway. One office woman almost got my children and I evicted because she gave me wrong information about when I could turn in my rent. When i said something to the manager, all she says is sorry and that she will talk to her. In turn, I ended up having to pay hundreds of extra dollars just to stay. They charge you if you dont keep your lawn perfect, which is understandable, but they charged to do my lawn and only the front got done. Lastly, keep your sheds locked, some neighbor children whose parents are never anywhere to be found locked our cat into our shed and come play with my childrens toys without asking.
Used to be an okay place to live. They rig everything to look fine so you will buy. When you rent they don't actually fix things. Maintenance just drive around giving write ups. It's horrible in the winter because they don't actually salt and only plow the front strip by the office. Would recommend not living here. You get the same value home as Cedarbrook for over double the price.
